Does Catalyst choose suppliers for clients?
Catalyst gathers information, assesses options, analyzes proposals, and negotiates. The client makes the supplier and contract decision.
Do you offer savings-based compensation?
Yes. For some cost savings projects, Catalyst can work on a contingency or guaranteed basis. Project fees reflect the time and resources needed for the client’s objectives.
What belongs in SupplierTRACKER?
Common records include contracts, price schedules, W-9s, certificates of insurance, professional licenses, and sourcing documents.
Where do pricing benchmarks come from?
Benchmarks are assembled from Catalyst sourcing projects, supplier information, and confirmed marketplace data. Supplier names are withheld in benchmark comparisons to respect confidentiality.
